The ABA Behavior Technician will work with children with Autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Responsibilities include instructing children, collecting data, and completing session notes. They will also support the Lead Technician as needed. Before starting, they must complete 40 hours of online training and, if available, provide certification to Laugh & Learn.
The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans based on these assessments. The BCBA is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients as described by the fundamental responsibilities.
